Coaching is the process of assisting a person to make positive changes in one
or more areas of their life over a period of time. These life areas fall within
the categories of Business, Health, Finance, Relationships, Emotions and
Spirituality.

Consciously setting goals that are desired;

Designing strategies to achieve those goals;
